• All charter bookings are subject to aircraft availability and operator confirmation.
• Flight schedules, routing, and timings may vary due to operational, weather, or regulatory requirements.
• Full payment or agreed deposit must be completed prior to flight departure as per booking terms.
• Cancellation and refund policies will apply based on the agreed charter contract and operator terms.
• Passenger names, identification documents, and travel requirements must be submitted within the specified timeline.
• Travelwings reserves the right to amend aircraft type or operator due to operational necessity while maintaining service standards.
• Additional charges may apply for extra flight hours, waiting time, ground handling, catering, or special requests.
• Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid visas, permits, and travel documents where required.
• Baggage allowance is subject to aircraft capacity, weight restrictions, and safety regulations.
• Dangerous goods, prohibited items, and restricted cargo are not permitted onboard unless approved by the operator.
• Charter pricing may be subject to changes due to fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or government-imposed fees.
• Travelwings acts as a booking facilitator and coordinates services with licensed operators and service providers.
• Liability for delays, diversions, or force majeure events shall be governed by applicable operator and aviation regulations.
• Special medical, security, or operational requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to all applicable charter terms, aviation regulations, and operator policies.
